Suborbital Spaceflight.
A suborbital spaceflight is a spaceflight when the spacecraft reaches space but then distends from its journey and comes back down.
For example, an object is launched from Earth and reaches 100 km above sea level and then falls back to Earth, this is called and suborbital spaceflight. Some suborbital spaceflights have been attempted spacecrafts, later intended for orbital spaceflight. Some vehicles are specifically designed for suborbital spaceflight such as X-15 and the SpaceShipOne.

Well Done Kyle, great presentation. Unluckily you didn't find any information about the commercial side of this. Thanks for explaining what it is and how it happens..
ReplyDeleteGreat researching. Your understanding of the topic shows. I was impressed that you were able to name two of the aircraft which have been built for this type of flight.
