News Post National

A New Zealand study has found how much time high school students spend on Facebook and academic performance. The Canterbury University studied 106 high school students and found that the more time they checked their Facebook the lower their grades where. The study found 56% spend 15 minutes to a hour on Facebook in any session and 54% spend 5 to 15 minutes online. The University study can not prove that the more time they checked Facebook the lower their grades will be. But other factors such as parenting and social backgrund might also be a factor in Facebook use.

I think students shouldn't go on Facebook at school and not so much at home because it might be a problem with their school grades
